Ajax never knew that being the king required him to sit on the throne for a long period of time, but he was slowly getting used to it as he now takes breaks from time to time. Suddenly, a loud knock came from the front door. "Open the door!" Ajax yelled across the room. The two guards standing behind the door opened it. A man who was wearing a long black robe with a pile of papers entered the room as he ambled over to where Ajax was and did a half bow in front of him. "Your highness, I brought a couple of bills and appeals that need your stamp. They are from various citizens and would highly appreciate it if you looked at them and granted them the pass that they needed," the man said in a rumbling tone. Alright, Ceasar, drop their papers on the table there and wait while I take a look at them," Ajax replied. Ceasar dropped the papers on the small table that was in front of Ajax. Ajax picked up one of the papers as he started reading through them. He saw that the bill was a minor issu
as he still couldn’t get what he did out of his mind. ‘I hope what I did today is for the best; I hope I won’t have to do something else just to strike fear and command respect. I won’t be able to handle it if I must do something like this again to my people, Ajax thought.***The following morning, in Human Valley, inside King’s Julius’s palace, he was standing in front of about 40 men who were all dressed in random outfits. They are all his army; Julius was planning on setting his secret plan into motion. "I gathered you all here today to explain the top mission that I want you all to do for me. Before I tell you all about the mission, I will have to explain why this mission is very important. Over the years during the time of King Alexander’s rule, there have been a lot of restrictions and agreements that were made between us, and there is no doubt that King Alexander was one of the strongest men in all the magical world. I have had a plan for a while to expand into Magnitoz City.
"Yes, your highness!" A couple of the men screamed in unison."Alright then, you all should head to the palace storage center and take a few of our prized weapons that people in the magical city don’t have and take them there," Julius said in a rumbling tone. After that, he started telling them the prices at which they should sell the weapons to people in Magnitoz City. Suddenly, one of the men screamed out loud, calling Julius’s attention to him."Your highness, there is something important that I would like to ask you," the man said."Go ahead,""Your highness, is selling our prized weapons necessary? I mean, if we do all this, won’t this give the people of Magnitoz the leverage of knowing the type of weapon we use? And what if we eventually want to go to war with them? Won’t that be like they would match our physical capabilities and use their magic against us?" The man bombarded him with questions. Julius has thought about his plan thoroughly; selling the prized weapons to people
Hudson looked around the room to make sure that there was no one around. After being sure that there was no one around, he started thinking of how he was going to take everything out of his chambers without anyone finding out. Of course, he could let Ajax and anyone know that he has items he wants to give to his people inside his chamber, but he could never let Ajax find out about Davy Crockett because he knows that Ajax is going to have a lot of questions to ask and those questions might be hard to answer.Meanwhile, inside the palace hallway, Ajax was walking down the hall, heading towards Hudson’s chambers. He was missing Hudson and knew that Hudson might not be coming back into the magical world for a while because of what he went through the last time. He wanted to go into Hudson’s chamber to see if he could think properly and also feel closer to Hudson that way. Ajax arrived in front of the chamber’s door; the door was looked at from the outside, and Ajax had the key to the door
***Hudson was sitting on a chair that was in front of Ajax’s throne. He wanted to ask for Ajax’s help to go and call some of his workers to come and pick up the items that he brought for them to use and restock their shops. "Can you please help me with 15 guards?" He asked, raising an eyebrow."Of course, you don’t need to ask twice, but what do you need them for?" Ajax inquired. Hudson then explained to him that he wants them to go and call 15 of his workers to come and pick up the items he bought for them."Alright then," Ajax muttered as he turned to look at the guard that was standing at his right-hand side. "Go and assemble 15 guards in the palace courtyard and tell them that Hudson needs their service," Ajax ordered boldly.Okay, your highness," the guard replied as he scuttled away.Ajax turned to look at Hudson. "So, how do you plan on passing this mission?" He asked, raising an eyebrow."I plan on going over to El Chante de Magnitoz to look for a buyer, plus it has been a wh
Hudson arrived in front of the level 24 classroom with the wheelbarrow at his back. As he was about to step into the class, he heard a manly voice call out his name. "Hudson Atonal!" He turned to look at the person who called his name and realized that it was Dean Agatos.Agatos approached him and engaged in a handshake as Hudson shook his hand. "It’s so nice to have you back here," Agatos said with a smile. He was happy to see Hudson back at the academy after the whole coronation of Ajax.Hudson was shocked at the attention he was getting from the dean. He knew the dean knew him, but he didn’t know that he knew him by name. Thanks, Dean," Hudson replied with an awkward smile."You and Ajax did a great service for this city, and just know that your efforts won’t go unnoticed; you are both heroes," Agatos said with a smile. Thanks, Dean," Hudson replied. Agatos eyes drifted over to the Davy Crockett that was wrapped on top of the wheelbarrow."What is that? And are you planning on taki
Hudson was also surprised by the spell. He knew anything was possible with magic in the magical city, but he never knew that they could just use magic to turn water into blood or oil. But he had watched how Pheelz did the spell and hoped that he would be able to cast the spell now."Now, one of you should come here and do the spell for the other students to see; which of you feels like you mastered everything exactly as I just did it now?" Pheelz asked as he looked around the line. A couple of the students raised their hands, including Hudson. Pheelz wanted to pick, but since he saw that Hudson was also raising his hand, he wanted Hudson to be the one to do it, as he knew Hudson's history as one of the heroes in the city too."Hudson Atonal, I pick you; come and show us how it’s done," Pheelz said with a smile. Hudson left the line, walked over to where Pheelz was standing, and stood next to him."Let me enchant a fresh set of barrels with water for you," Pheelz said as he moved backw
***Trent and Hudson arrived at a large field that had blue grass all around; there were also huge trees that covered the entrance view. And there was a tiny river at the end of the field.Hudson and Trent stopped near the river as Hudson let go of the wheelbarrow handle. "This place is isolated enough, right?" Trent asked, rubbing his hands together. He had this excitement inside of him and couldn’t wait to see what was on the wheelbarrow."Yes, this place is enough," Hudson answered. He carried the Davy Crockett from the wheelbarrow slowly as he dropped it on the ground. Hudson took out a small knife from his pocket and started removing the wrap that was covering the Davy Crockett. After a few minutes, the pointed edge of the Davy Crockett and the white body came into view. Trent’s mouth opened wide in awe. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing and how beautiful it looked."Woah, what is the name of this beautiful-looking thing?" Trent asked with his mouth wide open."It’s called t
