"I could kill you now." He said as Riley talked through the talkie. "Stop guys, Ethan already tracked it down... it is heading towards a St. Louis church. Meet us there." She cut the connections as he brought down his sword from my neck. "You are lucky today." He said as he walked down the street. "We are heading towards the church." He added. Throughout the journey, I was angry. Angry enough to try to control my fangs and claws from popping out and causing trouble.

I tried my best to calm myself down. If I had unleashed the beast within me, Theo could have died that moment but I needed him to bring Chase's memories back. I couldn't get rid of him just like that. Theo had just entered my worst book.

We headed towards the church as we carefully watched the demon enter inside. The shocking thing was he didn't burn down after he had entered. He was a demon, he was meant to burn the moment he came in contact with the church but he didn't. I didn't know why but he walked in there with so
