"Is there any other way to get there quickly?" Chase asked.

"It is dark here. Things have changed here more than it was when I was here. It's as if King Cain suddenly owns everywhere."

"He is the vampire king. Of course, he will crave to have everything in his possession." Denise said as we started to walk on foot.

"Lydia, do you know how we can get to The Sivan's house quickly?" I asked.

She stopped and flashed the touch on the floor. Bones everywhere. "Wow. No sign of abandoned horses. I guess they rot because of hunger or they were eaten."

We heard growls from afar. Not from one monster but from different ones.

"They know humans are here. They sense your aura."

Both Lydia and Denise's embroidery started to glow red. Bookie too. It seemed to have information for us.
