Chapter 60

Jennifer finally came back to us, slow and sluggish, but she was back and aware of all that had happened.  Sarah Macly, our telekinetic mastermind and my childhood enemy, was unharmed by my actions and the actions of the wickedly huge, winged demon.  Mrs. Tannell was not concerned with what we thought of her, at least that is what her face said, and delighted in the fact that we had been pressed against the wall and fought our way back using strategy and tactics.  

She said, "That was an impressive display of teamwork folks.  There are always going to be a few areas we can improve upon, no matter what the circumstances are but overall, we did great."
