He couldn’t believe it, was he still in a comma or were the drugs bringing some hallucinations? He who wore sandals as his Sunday best, wore a ragged long sleeved t-shirt as his favorite, and owned a mere 20 dollar fake Rolex watch coated in fake gold as his most prize possession, was now dressed in a 13,000 dollar tuxedo, and a real legit 45,000 dollar Rolex watch coated with ice. Who said you wouldn’t wake up rich overnight! Well Brian did and he savored every second.

His 10,000 dollar debt with Gondi you wonder? Well Ben dealt with that, and for keeping him overdue Ben paid double the price, that’s 20,000 dollars!. He had money so why not spend it, he is rich isn’t he? Speaking of spending, Brian’s sister medical bills were not some 2 dollar bills, oh no! They were amounting to nearly 100,000 dollars now. Some medical bill right? But you know Ben, being a spendthrift was his favorite side of his real self, so he cleared all outstanding medical bills due, and heck! Even the doctor added bills that weren’t even for the patient, talk of digging a gold mine!

Ben ensured that Brian had no more stressful issues that may otherwise draw him from his main picture, being Reuben. But what Ben feared most and so did everyone, was the idea of Brian having those suicidal thoughts back in his head, he would have burnt all their asses down!

A further 5 hour trip to home, Reuben’s home, up the east coast of Madagascar. Brian was to forget his life as Brian, because he wasn’t Brian anymore he was Reuben. So he wasn’t just by name but by character too. To keep Brian in check Ben took the step of making him his right hand man. He was to know how business, goes on, how to deal with the cops, and most crucial was how to survive.

Brian entered another life, so he had to know how to survive in it because it wasn’t some bed of roses, no it wasn’t! It was a wire mesh of prickled thorns and sharp pointed spikes, he had to have the hide of a rhino and the cunningness of a fox to live in it. Most basically he had to master the most simple thing a man with his caliber was to master, how to use a gun! That’s it, how to use a gun. No one was a fan of Brian, nobody knew him, they weren’t fond of him, so Brian brace yourself this life is about to be the most bumpy ride you ever experienced.

Ben as a player had to make sure his substitute king was like a king, he taught him survival tactics, took him out on delivery shipments and even showed him the plantation where it all started. Ben saw him as a brother, treated him like a brother, because for some reason he saw Reuben in him. He had his enthusiasm, and with time Brian started growing and adapted better in his character as Reuben, brother of famous drug lord Brian! Dream come true you may say.

But nothing lasts forever, especially if you live in a world surrounded by nothing but everything that breaks the law: drugs, money and most dangerous, power!

Back to Korea, the Tang brothers had started forming bonds with their neighbors the Philippines and the Japanese. However they were new to the business and had doubt issues and were fearful of the law. Because their law wasn’t easily bent like the Koreans, this business involvement was punishable by death, who wants to die? Certainly they weren’t ready, and this delayed business progress for the Tang brothers.

“Cowards we need more buyers these are some low life pieces of shit!” Li retorted pissed of by the cowardice of the Philippines. But he was right these cowards weren’t reliable, they would pull the rug any second, then what? That question daunted Wu every time he thought of what next. He had to find reliable buyers and fast, Ben was cooking and Boy! He was planning something big and Wu knew it. So tick tock, the clock was ticking it’s a race against time the Tang brothers, race against time!

“How about the Mexicans?” Li asked cautiously, he braced himself for a wild and stressful speech from Wu on why it was a bad idea. But surprisingly, Wu was silent, that’s funny? Li wondered, he was expecting a whack from Wu as a stern warning to never think of such, but instead he was silent! How, what is he cooking? Wu thought of the same, their business was at stake and on the line, no risk no reward, they said. It was decided they would approach the Mexicans and negotiate and come to agreeable business terms.

But there was a huge rock they had to go around, the Mexicans were loyal, they weren’t backstabbers like they were, they were loyal and true watch dogs till death to their counter parts. So their business approach was a bad idea, but the Tang brothers forgot this loyalty fact about the Mexicans, and it proved a dear mistake to them but it was too late, they had just unleashed the wrath of the Madagascar underdog.

“Yes! those Koreans tried to talk us into negotiable business terms but we turned them down, they also were selling a proposed item that you also sell, cocaine” Bravo the Mexican drug supplier uttered over the phone in a sour heavy voice. He just contacted and informed Ben of their previous business encounter with the Tang brothers. He was loyal to Ben because a new broom sweeps clean but an old one knows all corners. Ben and Bravo were counterparts for nearly a millennia now, so they never broke old relations to form new ones-especially for the Tang brothers.

He was pissed off enough, they tried to kill him, then his brother twice! and now they had the balls to try and steal his buyers. Oh no! The Tang brothers had gone the extreme, Ben let go of the leash. Time they knew why he became the drug lord and why he still is.

Reaching for his pistol, he called in Brian and polishing the nozzle he asked him. “Have you ever killed someone?” While aiming point blank, one eyed to various angles of the wall. “No” he uttered back curious of what next. “Well today you are going to know the most crucial stage of being Reuben...”Brian paused lowering his black, 1987, pistol “…enforcing power! Suit up, we are going hunting, human hunting!” he finished reaching for his black razor sharp machete. He was pumped up, the Tang brothers unleashed his aggressive side, bad idea!

Brian was excited, he was anxious. “My first kill!” he sighed inside his head, “I am actually going to kill a living person today!” He repeated in his inner self. Yes someone was going to die! They were going to pay, every second!
