Chapter 54: No, Father!

James Richmond sat in the family living room with his two sons, discussing their plan to manipulate Dexter, their main target. "I've been thinking about how to gain Dexter's trust," James said, leaning back in his chair. "I believe the best approach is to appear as a friend, uncle and mentor to him, someone he can rely on."

His older son, Jack, raised an eyebrow. "But Dexter is no fool, Father. He's smart and suspicious of everyone around him. How do you plan to sway him without raising his suspicions?"

James smirked confidently. "I may be the main villain in this game, but I assure you, I am no amateur. I know how to play the long game and manipulate people without them even realizing it."

His younger son, Alex, nodded in agreement. "He's right, Marcus. We need to trust Father's expertise in this matter. He's gotten us out of sticky situations before."

James looked at his sons with a steely gaze. "We need to be patient and strategic. Dexter won't see us coming until it's too late."
