As Richard entered the police station, the bustling atmosphere immediately caught his attention. People were coming and going, and the air was filled with the sound of ringing phones and urgent conversations. He made his way inside to the desk officer, carefully holding onto the file he had obtained from Dexter.

Suddenly, a man dressed in black bumped into him, causing Richard to stumble and nearly drop the file. "Hey, watch it!" he exclaimed, but the man simply muttered a quick apology and hurriedly made his way out of the station. Richard couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off, but he brushed it aside and continued on his way.
