The Traitor

Rosalie was searching for Lucas and Venturo when she heard someone's low voice.

"Rhea? Is that you?".

She turned to her left and found Lucas standing beside a big tree. "Lucas!". She ran to him. "I did it! I beat him".

Lucas stared at her and then suddenly, leaned in for a hug. Rosalie hugged him tightly. "Thank you so much, Rhea". He said.

"Oh, it's nothing". Rosalie pulled away. She saw tears in Lucas' eyes. "Hey, don't cry, you should be happy".

Lucas composed himself and nodded. "I will go see him now".

"I used my powers, he'll die in half an hour.. you can go and calm your soul down by watching him die". Rosalie suggested.

Lucas' eyes lit up. "That's even better!".

"Uhuh- yeah". Rosalie gave a nod.

"I should go then!". Lucas said. "As for your soulmate.. he's over there.. near that palm tree. He's been waiting for you and even scolded me that I didn't let him help you".

"I'm sorry for that". Rosalie replied.

"No worries.. I know how lovers behave". He chuckled. "Anyways,
