For a few minutes, Andre was alone on his path in the forest. He heard not as little as a bird making her usual chirping sound as he proceeded on the trail of his two objectives, not even the searching noise of his comrades was made available to his ears. It was as if Diego and the rest of the surviving predators had drifted into a completely different search, faraway from this one.

Yet he felt confident that he was onto the two men.

Even the trail of blood which he followed had fainted and disappeared. One of the two men on the run must have discovered the bleeding and stopped it before it pulled the predators to their trail.

Andre stood at the point where the blood vanished. On the ground beside his legs was a fabric stained with blood.

"They paused here to stop the bleeding. That means they were slowed down for at least a few minutes. They can't be far away. Infact, maybe they are right here right now, peeping at me from the shadows."

He looked around in suspicions, his guard rai

Albert Bradbury was enjoying the form of the pictures which played on his television screen. Finally, Henshaw was dead. Out of his way and no longer a threat."This day is here at last!" He grinned, sipping the cold henessy in the silver cup before him.But right by his side was his only partner in this entire plot. His closest ally in recent time. On the face of Albert was consistent joy, on the face of his companion was rather panic and confusion. He stared at the television screen with an unannounced intent, as though he was trying to navigate some truth from the screen."Do you think they got them?" Scorpio asked in anxiousness, his cup of henessy filled but untouched."I gave the tip, I don't expect that they survive. If I were you, Scorpio, I would be on my way to your hell hole now, where ever that is anyway. You have waited this long to take over the organisation, this is your chance. I have given this chance to you, just take it." Albert laughed away non challantly.Scorpio s

  • Herald of Vengeance   Go To Henshaw

The story of Andre and the predators seemed very much to have come to an end. Scorpio was now gone, there was no longer a minister Henshaw to chase them around. Even Richard Dengerberd was now gone too. All that remained was for Andre to keep to his pre determined plans and take his children faraway from all these brutality. He had promised to cede the control of the predators to Diego once his family was safe again, and he intended to do just that. "Where will you go?" Diego wondered, as he stood beside Andre, both men watching the waves of the ocean from the top of a mountain."India..." Andre muttered, half sure himself."What? Why India??" Diego almost fell into laughter. He did not expect to hear that, India was a stretch."I don't know. I like the idea of being there. I've always wanted to go there.""And that is it." Diego shook his head. "You are forcing your kids to go to India because of your own childhood fantasies?""India is also a very religious country." Andre continue

In her father's room, Sandra sat by a table in a dim corner, piercing her eyes through the pages of a book. It was a book which detailed the history of the predators, at least from the time of Andre's grandfather. Sandra knew her father was not the type to sit down and pen a book with his own hands, neither did he enjoy the breeze of fun that came with taking his time to read one. So why did he have this book in his possession, rusting away, without gracing the gaze of a reader."My family have always been best buddies with Lyanna's family..."That is one thing she had learnt from reading this book. Since the very start, her great grandfather and Lyanna's great grandfather. Her grandfather and Lyanna's grandfather. Even their grandmothers. They've all just been close friends.Maybe that was why she was so attracted to Lyanna. Maybe that was why she wanted to be her friend so much.Knowing that Lyanna was about to leave to another country, it broke her heart. She did not know whether

"My father did not kill your father, the police found the body of the man who did the job. It was Scorpio, the same man who killed my mother, remember..." Lyanna defended. For some reason, she still did not believe the rumours yet. Till now, she had not spoken to her father and she would not believe anyone's words without speaking to him first."It does not matter if he did. I know he is involved somehow. That is just who he is, he is always involved..." Andrew walked away, his face covered in his eyes. He did not mean to pour out his rage at her like that. But what did it matter anymore, she was going to leave him anyway. "When father was leaving, he told me he was going to come back home. But somehow I knew he would not. I could see your father and his friend plotting an ambush to kill him. I could...""Watch your mouth, Henshaw. We came here to pacify you, not to hear your insults." Howard interjected, sending a threat to Andrew."What?!" Andrew's eyes turned red as he received the

"What happened to her?" A nurse asked."She fell from fifteen feet." Maid Willis replied, desolute with worry."What? You kids should have been more careful!" The nurse beamed in suprise, pointing at the two who pushed the stretcher on opposite sides. "How could a girl as beautiful and lovely as this angel be put through this terrible pain of a long fall?"They slid the stretcher further into the hospital until another group of specialists came to meet them."Patient is unconscious. Dropped from a window..." They wheeled Lyanna away.As the nurse explained in medical terms to her colleagues, the two boys were pointed to remain where they were. They was no way they could enter into the emergency unit with the professionals. While they waited, Willis screamed at them in annoyance. "What were you thinking, fighting like that? How did you even get into that room in the first place? You could get into real big trouble if something happens to that girl, do you know?""Please, Miss Willis. C

The hospital door opened, and in came Andre with full speed, accompanied by Diego and Sandra. Andre pointed, rushing towards his son like a boxer who had cornered his opponent.Howard stepped backwards. But he was not fast enough to escape the reaching grasp of his father who caught his through with his large palm.Andre pushed the boy all the way to the wall, holding tight on his neck. "What in the world did you think you were doing? What the hell were you thinking?!" He screamed into Howard's face but the only response he got was helpless coughs and gasps as Howard tried to catch his breathe.Diego rushed towards the scene urgently, seeing as the situation was garnering close attention from the people all around."Let him go! Let him go!"He seperated father and son, but Andre was not done yet."Wher

She muttered, craving his attention. "What is it..." He responded as soon as he lifted his head, seeing the look of displease spread across the lines of her face."I am sorry for what happened to your father..." She had always wanted to say that since the moment she discovered that her father and his friend were really the ones who had taken Henshaw's life back then. Across the Sea, Behind the Cells

"Where are you Andre, we are about to move". Guerrero said through the phone.Andre was just a few minutes left to the spot where they had agreed to meet. It was a seaside location, where illegal boats would usually set sail. Then the boat would travel a far distance up to the middle of the sea where a bigger ship would be waiting.Along with the passengers of the other smaller boats which had come from different part of the cities just for the same purpose of transmitting people in secret, the people in the boat would be drafted into the bigger ship and the boats would return to the seaside. This was also done at other parts of the world, in other countries. Each boat would know the right time to leave the seaside in order to meet the ship at the predetermined location, and Guerrero did not want to miss that time.Andre and his daughter were not the only person who were trying to leave Twillightoria. There were other people too, and unlike Andre who simply just asked for a favour, th

All that remains is for you to step into the boat and set sail to freedom."Andre understood his words well, but he was no longer anxious to leave at this point."Diego and my son are still behind. We need to rescue them first, only then can I go anywhere."Guerrero frowned. "That does not make any sense, Andre. Diego knew what he was walking into when he decided to help you in your foolish mission. I am sure he wants you to leave now that you can, you do not want to get caught too.
