Chapter 39
"What's this for?" Eric asks Scarlett with a scornful expression on his face. Whatever it is, he knows that it's not going to be something good, he opens the letter carefully and reads through. After finishing, he lets out a smirk and wants to return the letter to her.

"No, take it. It belongs to you. That's the letter you will use in coming to court on the said date. It's not my property."

"So you have the mind to take me to court to divide your properties?" He adds a mockery tone in the midst of his anger. "The wealth I have now accumulated for myself, do you know how or came my way and what I passed through, I'm pretty glad you did all those to me so I wouldn't have to explain much, now you are asking me to come to court with you. Who should be dividing properties? Isn't it you? Whose name was I bearing before I decided to personally change my name?"

Scarlett stands there, rigid like a dump fool not being able to answer any of the questions or defend herself. What will she say?
