Luckily, the manager of the restaurant was the first to sight them. He walked up to them and bowed politely on seeing Logan with the same woman again. When he saw Logan shaking his head at him, he understood what he meant immediately.

"Good evening and welcome Sir, ma'am" he greeted them.

"I made a reservation two days ago" Ava said nonchalantly and handed a piece of paper to the manager. He checked nervously through it and nodded his head.

"Please come this way" the manager directed them to a table, the person Ava is supposed to have a meeting with wasn't there just yet. Thanks to the manager, they passed a more quiet place with less employees.

"Please check through the menu and tell me what you want" the manager handed the menu to them.

"We are still expecting someone to join us, we will order something when he is here. You can give us juice for now" Ava spoke up before Logan could look through the menu, although he thought they'd wait for the third person too.
