Release on probation

Twenty minutes into the driving, they arrived at the Central prison.

"Prison? What are we doing here?" Daryl questioned with wide eyes.

"To see my father in-law of course, he is here" Logan replied with an eye roll as they came out of the car. He walked towards the door of the reception with Daryl following behind him.

"Good morning, I am here to see my father in-law, Mr Charles Hilton" Logan said to the first warder her saw on his way.

"He said only family can visit him and we don't know if you are truly his son in-law or not" the warder responded. As if Logan knew that it will happen, he brought out his marriage certificate and handed it over to the other person who skimmed through it then bowed his head at Logan.

"I am sorry Sir, please come with me. We can give you only five minutes to talk to him but can he wait for you?" the warder asked, referring to Daryl.

"Of course, I can wait here in the reception" Daryl said, pointing at a chair at the corner of the reception room.
