“Don’t you dare shoot. Kill me, but let my son go!” Raymond jumped to his feet quickly. He was ready to go down to hell but as for his son, he wanted him to live at least.

“And why should I do that? He was the one who shot me. Why didn’t you tell him anything?” Harrison replied.

“You are the enemy. You don’t expect us not to kill you, right?” Raymond replied.

“You are my enemy now, so don’t expect me to spare you, right?" Harrison said, but there was reluctance in his gestures. He didn’t want to kill them after he knew he made their lives miserable. Though they caused it themselves and might have gone down another path, they chose this one.

“Why do you hesitate? You can’t shoot?” Larry said with a mocking smile.

“We should call the cops instead,” Caroline suggested as she saw how hard he was thinking about it. She wouldn’t want him to be a killer because of her, and also it wasn’t like she wanted anyone dead. What she wanted was a way out of this and never to fall victim again.
