"Mom, dad is calling you."

A teenage girl looked so careful in calling an older woman.

Amber didn't get the answer she wanted, thinking of calling her mother back.

"Mom--"

"I'll catch up with you later. Is Norman in his room?" Maria rebutted in a low voice.

The hand took a small towel that she used to wipe the body of the young man who looked sound asleep, put the object in a small basin filled with water and wrung it out.

"He's in the room. Mom, dad--"

"Can't you read the situation? Something hurts here."

Amber was surprised to hear her mother's words, Maria usually didn't act like this. It felt like Amber was so far away from Maria, and her mother was like another person in a short time. Amber kept thinking, the last time she was scolded because her actions had gone too far in teasing Arkanza that he was punished. So did her younger sibling, not to mention her actions that made the whole school treat Arkanza badly. All of that was done by Amber and Norman, inciting, and so on.

"Is this because of that day, mom?" she muttered softly.

Maria's hand stopped, "What do you mean, my daughter."

Her body turned and found Amber who was bowing in front of the door.

"I've apologized, Norman too. But why, why do you feel so distant from us!?"

"Amber, what's wrong? Why are you like this!?"

Maria made a move and approached Amber.

"Is it because of that boy!? You're starting to act differently to your own flesh and blood!"

"Amber! Didn't I always remind you to lower your voice when someone is sick? Where are your ethics!?"

Both of them raised their voices, and Maria should have known that Amber was her own duplicate in a mini version of course.

The bolder the more challenging, "Look, mother even scolded me. Am I actually your child? Or that damn boy!?"

"Amber Samanta!" Maria said thunderously.

Her hand pulled Amber's arm and closed the door of the room that was still open, revealing two beads that glowed in the dark.

Arkanza had woken up a few moments after Amber raised her voice, the young man who had the soul of an adult man did not like noisy places, it would be easy for Arkanza to wake up in the middle of a voice as loud as Amber's voice.

Arkanza glanced at the closed door, "If you want to argue, can't you find a place further away? Even though he knows there's a sick person here."

He faintly heard Amber and Maria still arguing behind the door connecting the room and the hallway.

"Strange people, I'll ask Albert to install noise reduction later. Oh yeah, I forgot about that person."

Arkanza muttered while touching his stomach.

"A thin stomach without muscles and so soft, why didn't you ever tell me that it's easy to get food poisoning, especially seafood? Do you think being forced to empty your stomach contents is easy? You intend to torture me, stupid brat! Just wait until we meet again, I'll pull your earlobe. You naughty brat!"

Luckily there was no one there, only him and the poor body of Adam Smith's son.

"Hahaha, I became stupid because of you. If anyone saw, maybe they would call you a superpowered person. But I'm really good, ahahaha!"

Feeling that what Arkanza did was stupid, made Arkanza silent for a moment, digesting everything he had experienced including the dream that contained memories from the body he occupied.

"Okay, you Arkanza, the son of the damn Adam, the second or third child? But the kid who bothered you looks older, ah never mind, just ask All later."

Arkanza pulled his body and covered his body with a warm blanket, "Tomorrow, then think about what to do." he continued then closed his eyes.

The next day...

"Albert, temporarily dismissed?"

Arkan stared in disbelief at the servant who was bowing in fear in front of him, his hopes of asking Albert the informant he could rely on were gone.

"Then you're replacing him temporarily, is that it?" Arkan asked again.

The servant nodded again, "Okay, I want you to introduce yourself again." Arkan continued in a commanding tone.

He crossed his legs, his butt resting on the edge of his bed, even though today Arkanza wanted to go to school, he should have been ready with a neat uniform.

"Ready sir! I'm Milan, 28 years old, favorite food--"

"Enough, state your skills." Arkanza objected.

"I'm good at cooking, I applied for a job as a chef but it turned out there was a routine transfer--"

"Gosh, fine, just like this. Who sent you to replace Albert?"

Arkanza massaged his temples which were twitching because Milan was too talkative.

"Ready, Mrs. Maria! By the direction of the great master himself, sir!" said Milan respectfully.

A moment of silence, "Are you just going to stay here?" Arkaza spoke again with a sigh of resignation, Milan was so energetic for him.

But if you think about it, Albert was not much different.

"School, it's Wednesday remember? My uniform?"

"Ah yes sorry I wasn't focused, I mean me, hurry up young master!" and Milan frantically took Arkan's uniform.

Arkan sighed again, "Follow me downstairs, I'm going to miss the car." Arkan said then left his room wearing his casual clothes.

On the 1st floor, Norman and Amber had been waiting in annoyance because Arkanza had not arrived. But when he arrived, it only added to their annoyance.

"Gosh, you haven't worn your uniform yet?! I can't keep going like this!!" Norman said in an irritated voice.

While Amber just rolled her eyes lazily, "I'll wait in the car."

Norman looked at Arkanza's appearance from head to toe, "You don't want to go to school? Good, you should have talked about it earlier so that my brother and I wouldn't be late. You shameless child!"

With big steps Norman left in front of Arkanza, Arkanza remained indifferent.

"Bastard poor people, aren't there many cars here? Why do you have to wait for me?" he muttered.

"Young master! Wait for me, this is your uniform!"

Arkanza glanced with a smile on his face, "The new waiter is so cute."

And Arkanza rushed to the trunk to catch up with his two half-brothers.

"Hurry up Milan!"

The evening sky glowed golden-orange as Amber forcefully pushed open the large gate of their family home. Her long hair, usually sleek and regal, was disheveled, mirroring the fury etched across her face. Her loafers clicked sharply against the marble floor as she stormed into the house. “Mom!” she shouted, throwing her school bag onto the sofa in the living room. Maria, who was enjoying a cup of warm tea, looked up calmly, though a knot of worry began to form in her chest. “What’s wrong, Amber? Why are you stomping in like that?” Maria asked gently. Amber stood with her arms crossed over her chest. “It’s Arkanza! He made me so mad at school today!” Maria set her teacup down slowly, forcing herself to remain composed. “What did he do this time?” Amber took a deep breath, her frustration bubbling just beneath the surface. “He embarrassed me in front of my friends! I was talking to them in the cafeteria, and he walked by and *spilled his drink* all over my table. I know he did

The flashback came unbidden as Milan continued watching Arkanza, recalling a past that was far darker and laden with responsibility. Everything had started months ago when Albert, the Lev Bodgan family's main bodyguard assigned to Arkanza, was relieved of duty. The incident that led to his departure was nothing trivial. During one of his tasks, Albert’s negligence caused a fatal mistake, leaving Arkanza hospitalized for some time. As a result, Albert was sent back to his family’s home, deeply shaken by the event. The hospital room was filled with tension. Milan, Albert, and Barak stood near Arkanza’s bed, watching over his unconscious figure. "What matters now is finding a reason we can give to Mr. Adam and Mrs. Maria. If they find out that Arkanza is in the hospital, things will become even more complicated."Milan clenched his fists and lowered his head in silence. He knew exactly what Vikram meant. Adam Smith, Arkanza’s father, wasn’t the type to accept flimsy excuses. If he found out his son had suffered an allergic reaction outside his supervision, the consequences could be severe. Especially since, from the beginning, Adam had never truly considered Arkanza part of the family."Can we really keep this a secret from them?" Albert asked, tension still evident on his face."We have to," Vikram answered decisively. "

He wanted to deny it, to say he never intended to harm Arkanza, but the truth was, he had delivered the food without thinking it through. Feeling cornered, Milan suddenly shifted the blame to Barak. "But when I got there, Arkanza was already with Barak! You should be asking him too, not just me!" Albert turned his gaze to Barak, who was still standing by the window.
