Job hunting.

Ken couldn't stop stamping his left leg as the feeling of anxiety was taking over him. He had been sitting at the reception for almost twenty minutes and was yet to get a response from the young secretary who walked into her boss's office. She promised to get back to him but didn't come out.

Ken had drafted an application letter and sent it to the grocery store the previous day after he stumbled on the vacant post placed at the entrance. He had applied for the post of sales personnel and was asked to return the next day by 10 am sharp for an interview.

Immediately the secretary walked out of her boss's office, Ken rose to his feet. She had told him when he walked in twenty minutes ago that her boss, the owner of the grocery store was going to interview him that morning.

She walked up to Ken with a faint smile and his heart skipped a beat after she shook her head sadly. "I'm sorry boy. You don't fit in."
