"What is worst? What are you talking about, Vivian?" Kristine asked with a glare.

"You should refresh up, I'll meet you in your room, soon" Vivian suggested.

"Don't do that to me, now. I'm not a child" she warned.

"I'll break the news to you in your room. It's highly confidential"

Kristine felt relaxed at Vivian's proposition. If her daughter sounded that way then it must be secretive. "Was it unsealed? Did it look like it was unsealed and later sealed?"

"Nope, it's a direct stamp"

"Let's go" she whispered.

Walking upstairs, Vivian hoped she didn't raise any hope for Kristine.

"What does the letter say?" Kristine quizzed, shutting the door.

Vivian went silent.

"Vivian, say something!" She commanded.

"It says we're in huge debt and our mansion might be taken away from us if we do not settle the debts on time" she responded sharply.

"Wh....what?" Kristine whispered. "Give it to me" she commanded, snatching the paper from Vivian's hands. "Jason Yates, again?!!"
