I cant believe this!

I can't believe this!

"His company? What does he mean by his company? Answer me, Richard!" Liana screamed at her husband who had packed his things and now they were back at home.

"You don't get to scream or tell at me when you were trying to frolic with this same scumbag" Richard shot back.

"How could you Liana? After everything I've done for you, if Mark didn't see you trying to frolic with him and intervened when he did, you should have been behind bars now for false accusation" he shot his eyes red from anger.

For a moment Liana was quiet but being shameless she regained her composure.

When his parents had called him to say they had to do what they did to save themselves from bankruptcy, Richard had thought it was a joke but looking at how things were at the moment, there was no joke and welp his beloved wife had thought it wise to seduce the new owner.

"It ain't what you think Richy, I just was trying to see if he had the hots for me to tell him to keep it in check if he got to work for us" she brought up a lame excuse.

"And how did that turn out for you?" he raised a question.

"Well unfortunately your family became bankrupt " she spat.

"I can't believe this " Richard said wiping his face.

"Me neither" his wife chimed.

"Did you know we were bankrupt already? Liana from the footage at the company today you were throwing yourself, Chris, and what if he had accepted he would have slept with you and then fired you on top of that?" Richard shrieked causing her to shift from one leg to another before finally blurting out.

"You can't blame me, you've barely satisfied me properly with that toothpick in between your legs, and even when you want to you are always in a hurry to go for one meeting or another I couldn't keep up " she shot at him glaring daggers at him as he was looking at her and ready to eat her raw.

Richard was not ready for that so when she said what she said he had to do like a double-take.

" I thought you screamed hard when I hit from the back and told me how much you loved me and would never trade anything, me for anything because I was your everything" he enunciated.

"To boost your ego of course and also for you to keep spoiling me with the gifts you usually bought me, Yes, I screamed when you used it to commit an abomination on me because whatever it is we have in the bedroom is an abominable act seeing as you can't satisfy me" she spat with no remorse or code to her words.

Liana wasn't minding her words, it was like she just had to hurt everyone who had an iota of love for her to get whatever it was she wanted.

"You can't say this to me, babe, come on!" Richard said going close to her but she moved back. Typical Liana, she just had to play the victim.

It was at this point that people could what it was with her that made men just want her around even when she was hurtful and disrespectful towards them.

"Don't touch me," she said as she faked crying even though she was the one who had been caught seducing the new owner of their former company.

"What do you mean I shouldn't touch you? You are my wife and I can touch you whenever I want to" he declared even more confused than he was when she began bashing him and calling him out on the sexual intimacy they shared.

Richard began to feel his heartache because he began to reminisce about what they had done to Chris back in school and looking at Liana he could see that she had somehow begun to treat him the same way they had treated Chris.

"Babe let's talk about counseling maybe the doctors could help with my problem I can be able to satisfy just how you like it eh" he said finally getting to touch her and then they shared a kiss.

Looking at his face she could sense that he had an aching heart but she was greedy and she had other things to bother about than to begin sugarcoating whatever she had to say.

"Forget about that right now I just want to know how we are going to get him to give me a part of the company, you know he used to love me," she said looking at her husband.

"But I thought..." Richard began but was stopped midway.

"I have to get my way back to his life for us to survive, I can't work remember? I am a sugar baby and men ought to take care of me and not the other way around, I hope your parents find a way around this" she said.

"But your inheritance is with your Uncle I know you can try getting back right? You are of age and can handle what your parents left for you" Chris tried to make light of the situation not wanting to accept the option she had just given above, how could he let his woman go back to a guy they all mocked while back in school? That was impossible, he had yet to confront his parents about all that had happened and now his woman wanted to leave him for Chris.

"That's a hard nut to crack somehow he managed to transfer most of the things to his daughter's name as we speak I've got little to nothing to call my own," Liana said.

"We are doomed"

"Nope, you are doomed, I have a man who is willing to take care of me remember? Chris used to love me and he will love me even now so you are doomed, you and your family are doomed don't bring the bad luck to me"

"Chris was right, you are ill luck, I wish I had known," Richard said as she finished her sentence.

Coming closer to him she held his collar as though she wanted to give him an embrace but in reality, she had been built to break men when they were not expecting it.

"In a matter of months, I just might divorce you because as it is, you can't take care of me as you used to and I can't suffer, I need wealth to take care of me and I know exactly what I would do to get what I want," she said then placed a kiss on his forehead before she walked out of the room.

"For Christ's sake Liana we just shared a kiss" he reminded her.

"You initiated it" she chimed in.

"Okay okay, I'll still be working at the company so we can pretend we are having issues and then you try getting him to fall for you right?" he proposed.

"Richy, we have a problem we aren't pretending you don't have money to take care of me, your affluence era is over "

"Let's make this work" Richard begged.

"Fine," she said and then turned and went out of the room keeping in mind that she was going to have to find a way to get herself and Richard divorced and then she was going to find her way back into Chris's arms.

She knew she was going to work and manipulate him the same way she used to when they were back in school as she would make him do her assignments and projects all in the guise that she was going to give him a kiss which he never received.

If only she knew whilst she planned her dubious plans, Richard also had his plans of his own which he was going to disclose later and it sure wasn't going to be great for her.

"Talk to me," Chris said into the phone.

"We've had the tabloid publish your new reign you can turn on the television and you'll see it," his manager said to him.

"The newest CEO Christopher Llewellyn IV had finally taken over the Evans Group of companies, turns out the family has been dealing with bankruptcy and the only way to solve the problem was for the exquisite Young CEO who graduated not too long ago after his grandfather's footsteps in business..." the reporter chimes on whilst Chris tool a sil of his whiskey and his mother and Grandfather just knew he was going to d great things from then on.

"Is there a way for me to find a press conference to formally introduce myself?" Chris asked his manager.

"Yes sir, it is possible for that to happen"

"Great, then make it work," he said and the two beep sounds of the phone signaled the call was ended.

"You are going to make a good CEO and I know if I die today I will have left the company in great hands," James said as he looked at his grandson with admiration.

"Wel,l I guess it runs in the blood, from you to my father I know I learned from the best" Chris replied.

"You are doing amazing baby, don't do too much, don't talk too much let your actions speak louder than your words okay" Emilia said touching his cheek and kissing him to his cheek.

It felt strange having to have the power to destroy a lot of people who had hurt him, he felt a lot of things go through his mind and body as he looked at his mother showed him love and affection, and even gave him advice.

Looking to his grandfather he just was shocked that he had met and was working with his grandfather.

"I need some air," Chris said as he felt anxious and his mind went haywire when he mentioned his father, he loved his father too much so that even after he had accepted his grandfather's offer to build his father's company from the ground and make it stand he just felt he was failing his dad in some type of way.

But he knew his father would have been proud of what he had achieved and that was what kept him going through.

"Yes do you son, take your time," his mother said and Chris went up to his room on the balcony.

When it came to love Chris was super far from that, he has just removed the thoughts of love from his agenda which meant there was no hope for him to fall in love with any woman his encounter with Liana was enough to mess up with his mind and he was in no way going to let another bitch ruin his focus.

To Chris, he began to see women as his playthings and he wanted it to remain that way and he was not going to force anything.

"I will make you proud Daddy, and also I'll make sure whoever hurt me and made my life miserable I promise you," he said to no one in particular.

"Anything bothering the young master?" Arturo asked from nowhere causing Chris to jolt in his seat on the balcony.

"Damn don't do that," Chris said.

"Sorry Young master, I knocked but got no answer so I entered, forgive my manners" Arturo apologised.

"That's fine, I was deep in thoughts for a moment is there anything I can help you with?" Chris asked.

"No, I rather come here to ask if you wanted any help with something and also to say dinner is served and Senior Master asked to go call you downstairs," Arturo said.

"Oh Art, I will be down in no time I just need to freshen up, and l be down"

"You know your grandfather is quite impressed and happy to have you handle his businesses, he has never let anyone have the chance to run the company not even when he is sick and in bed he prefers to work from home, but seeing your work, it sure will be great having you deal with his properties and wealth when he is gone," Arturo said.

"Thanks, Arturo, I'll be down for dinner soon tell my mother and grandfather, " Chris said dismissing Arturo.

As they sat there to have dinner and small talk all Chris could think of was his revenge on the one woman he had loved and given his a to the woman he had thought he would spend his life with and grow with.

The Chris of now was a new man and he was going to make sure the world knew who he was he was surely going to leave a mark as he threaded the business realm.
