As early as seven in the morning, the Broda household was already busy with so many activities because the police had shown up to continue with their investigations. They took photos of the crime scene where the dried blood and broken lamp were still there as they had informed the family not to touch or go close to the crime scene.

The police were also investigating the neighbours who came to share their condolences for the family and their loss.
