A fight

Kyung-ja walked past Aiden taking gentle steps to where all of them gathered with contemplative gestures. She clenched her fist at her sides as she surveyed the sea of faces in front of her, each one filled with fear and uncertainty.

“It’s a girl, at least we know we can survive this one,” Someone said from within them loud and clear and a murmur rose from that middle, slowly the men who were stricken with fear began to roughen up their faces, raising the flag of angry glares in their expressions.

The gangster that spoke dashed at her with a baseball bat but Kyung-ja dodged the swing with ease- her eyes were glued on the guy, a death stare as she unleashed a swift kick to the man’s side causing him to fold towards that side in response to the pain that jolted through his entire body in that instant, he was sent sprawling to the ground and was there holding his said and groaning in pain.
