Chapter 145

Hector's voice was full of malice and ill-intent.

"You should not have done that." He said again as if on replay. The man that kicked him charged at him, ready to strike him again before he could land a blow, he was thrown and crashed into the wall with a sickening crunch. The man fell to the ground, unmoving, save for a twitch of his fingers.

The second burly man took two wary steps back away from Hector so as not to be the next on his lone of attack. The man in the shadows threw his cigarette butt on the floor and crushed it with his intensely polished shoe and then stood up. He clapped his hands together for a few seconds then, stopped.

"Impressive. I see you have gotten stronger." His face emerged from the darkness as his body followed. The man that stood before Hector was tall with a face so scarred it was difficult to guess how he had looked like before whatever happened to him. He brought that face closer to Hector making him flinch a little but he still stood his ground.
