"Put in more effort while begging, maybe you might get a rich fella to leech on by god's grace." Mrs. Monile joked and everyone laughed, individually mocking him as Erison stopped in his steps, holding his pain as he walked off.

Erison walked by foot, trekking out of the Villa as he had no car till reached the mortuary, where his son Smith was buried.
