Chapter 160

As usual, I arrived at Eliot's destination first. This time, I was already in a place that looked familiar. There was a river, a waterfall, and a forest. It was very different, but somehow I was sure that this was the place I often went to practice.

I approached the river to touch the water. And sure enough, although I could feel the cold, I did not feel my hands getting wet. I stood up again and looked around.

I looked up when I heard the sound of a bird. A moment later the bird landed on the ground not far from where I was standing. Eliot came down and stroked the bird's head. He seemed to be whispering before the bird flew away, leaving Eliot alone in that spot.

After the bird left, Eliot walked towards me. I was shocked when he suddenly stood in front of me and continued to walk through my body. I turned to see his next move. I gaped as I saw him walking on the water of the river. He was walking as calmly as if the surface of the water were a flat road.
