With that stuff he was a match for Daniel in terms of traveling speed but it takes so long to make, getting the Sky Light and running, that it isn't applicable in battle except Victor is being protected by his teammates or he is hidden somewhere. Not that that matters because there stood very little chances that any opposing force could go up against any of the GHA Arc Agents and win except they are up against a military battalion in a war with more than half a million soldiers and that was very unlikely to happen.Because their powers are too great the GHA Arc Agents are now taken to the level of Legends as there is not that much need for them anymore so the task they are made to do now was about the best use of the overwhelming power they had. Their emerged power mutated far beyond what was expected and it did come in handy during the war with the Soviet Alliance, but now, in this time of a sufficient amount of peace, there was no need for such overwhelming power.

Because the GIGANTA MACHINA worked like one big system, when the center of it was torn apart and the Stealth Drones that made up that part being completely destroyed the rest separated and returned to being Drones but because of what happened to the fused system the Stealth device they had was damaged and the separated drones were no longer able to go invisible.They all flew in different paths, dividing into those wanting to attack the trainees and those wanting to attack Michael but Michael acted quickly and changed where the outlet of the explosion was and used that to sweep the drones coming for him until all the explosion energy had been exhausted.
