With that stuff he was a match for Daniel in terms of traveling speed but it takes so long to make, getting the Sky Light and running, that it isn't applicable in battle except Victor is being protected by his teammates or he is hidden somewhere. Not that that matters because there stood very little chances that any opposing force could go up against any of the GHA Arc Agents and win except they are up against a military battalion in a war with more than half a million soldiers and that was very unlikely to happen.Because their powers are too great the GHA Arc Agents are now taken to the level of Legends as there is not that much need for them anymore so the task they are made to do now was about the best use of the overwhelming power they had.
