The old man reached into a cabinet on the floor and brought out a bowl. A whole lot of things were thrown into it. Even the half spoilt can of sardine was thrown in the mix. Then he opened a battery and poured the mixture of zinc and manganese dioxide. Then he went out of the treehouse and after waiting for a few moments, he came back and took the bowl with him.
