CHAPTER 26-A DRESS

Victoria's face was cynical and full of anger towards Joseph. However, she did not let her anger out, "Never mind! It's none of my business. Let's not talk about it anymore. Let's go on a date!"

They had a dinner date for four, then Victoria took Katty to the mall to shop for clothes. Joseph and Alex also followed them.

"Honey, this dress is so beautiful!" Katty said to Joseph when she saw a beautiful dress behind a glass display case attached to a statue. Katty's eyes lit up when she saw the purple dress. Purple was her favorite color. She reached out and touched the dress. Katty seemed unwilling to let go.

"Buy it if you like it," Joseph said to his wife.

"No, I don't. It's too expensive. It's 500$ dollars!" said Katty. When she checked the price, she seemed disappointed. 500$ dollars was a lot for her, especially since her salary had been cut because the Victorian company she worked for was going through a financial crisis.
