"Let's order food first. Let Daddy eat, and then we can order when Katty and the others arrive," said Lucky.

Lucky understood etiquette and had more experience with such matters. To show respect to the guests who were coming, he felt it was proper to wait for Katty before officially ordering.

This reasoning was understood by both Mr. Barta and Jenny. However, neither of them truly respected Katty, Joseph, or the others.

"Why should we wait for them? Let’s just order right away. Isn’t Daddy here? How could you let Daddy go hungry?" said Jenny rudely.

Mr. Barta nodded slightly and added, "It’s funny that I have to wait for them, then greet and act politely toward them."

With that, Mr. Barta took the menu and began ordering with Jenny.

"Stop talking, the menu here has so many items, and I’ve never seen some of them before. They seem delicious," Mr. Barta remarked, slightly amazed.

Lucky, on the other hand, was stunned but remained silent. He had no choice but to give in.
