Alone In The Party

When facing Amelia Grey again, Einer recalled the beginning of his encounter with that woman-and the beginning of all this.

Every time he looked at that elegant figure that always seemed to stare at him haughtily, Einer never felt comfortable. But considering that she was the one who promised him a lot of money, Einer submitted.

“Good evening, Mrs. Grey,” Einer greeted, without a trace of a smile on his face.

Amelia replied with a faint smile of her own. “Good evening, Einer. We’ll just have dinner here, while enjoying the scenery that you must have never seen before. Do you like it?”

Einer averted his gaze coldly and briefly. He was just about to sit down and was already being asked such a question by Amelia.

But regardless of the rather annoying question, Einer admitted that the night view from the second floor looked very pretty. Especially below was a flower garden with a clear water pond that could even reflect the shadow of the moon.
