Chapter Fifty-nine - Bragging Manager.

"What did the boss say?" A staff member asked the anxious manager who kept staring every now and then through the window, restlessness as clear as day on his face. He seemed to have not heard the first time, so the staff asked again.

"I have told you, god damn it!" The manager burst into anger. "He did not say anything. Nothing useful to tell these people. You all should cut me some slack. I am just the manager. I am not the one to tell you what to do."

The face of the staff members and the other workers looked as pale a death. One could tell just how worried they were of the outside situation.

"But then what are we supposed to do?" The staff member asked once again.

This time the manager turned to face him with anger. His eyes were red, as well as his face. Any moment more and it was almost as though smoke would be expelled from his ears. Saved by the bell, all of a sudden telephone rang. The manager's anger subsided as picked it.

"Hello sir," he said at once.

"What's going on now?
