Broseam grinned. "There's the chamber."

Conrad took head, he didn't realise how much time had passed by. He was steamrolling through being in the present.

They gazed at the chamber full of animals.

Zack quirked an eyebrow at the python rolling into a ball on a log of wood.

"This is the Lord's menagerie. He collects animals. He wouldn't leave them here." Zandax put to them plainly walking past them with his axes strapped to his back.

"So we must be close." Zack said gazing at some other giraffes, camels. Snakes, a lion with its mate.

Mort paused at a wild dog gazing at him with tears along its eyes.

"You're going to be fine." Mort said.

"I doubt it." Zandax said scared of interacting with him and the harsh realities.

They approached a room with red lighting.

Zack held his sword running in.

Conrad believed that the devil was in the details. This was what they signed up for. He almost didn't realise that Guard Dog was absent.
