CHAPTER FIFTY

In this city, morning was not like it usually would be. It was almost as if the ray of light came in later than it usually would or maybe Kayla was just too tired that she didn't notice it the moment it came.

Also, there was no masculine, strong framed body lying beside her, no savoring odour soothing her nostrils. Everything about the morning was unfamiliar and if she'd admit… lonely.

She didn't think she'd wake up in the morning and the first thing she'd be missing was the nice smell of her husband's food.

Kayla stretched away the temptation to go to sleep, her body ached all over come this morning and the cold was kinda assaulting, although it was still at a point where she could mind not wearing anything thick.

As she stood up to go to the bathroom, her phone rang. With great expectations and a sweet smile she picked it up, her smile getting even sweeter.
