"Sex?" Princess Damina wasn't pleased with that request from the woman seated before her inside her hut. She got up and walked towards the small pot seated on fire and brought it down. She was preparing some eatable leafs and Aromo wondered if that was all she got.
"I mean what I said; I saw handsome and tall young men as I toured the market of this land and I can tell I long to have one of those men slid himself in-between my thighs" Aromo was saying, while demonstrating with her hands. Princess Damina turned to her and angrily spoke to her.
"You Sisters of Magic in the land where we come from are good at that, one of the evil things you are good at. Now you want to have a man here just recently you arrived and tell me again, what it is your kind are good at doing to men when they have sex with them, trap them, take their will away from them and turn them into your slaves?"
"You speak as if your mother in-law isn't one of us?" said Aromo and those words got Damina irritated. She moved against Aromo but Aromo's hand which was filled with smoke went off her hand and entered the nostrils of Damina and she felt dizzy, staggered back and fainted at her feet. Aromo sighed. "I didn't want to do this to you but you have forced my hands. You will have to sleep while I look for a man to make me happy" she stepped out of the hut.

In the land of Akozo, war already broke out but the King of Akozo, King Zakiza knew that this was one war he wasn't going to win for he could see that the dragon which his step mother Samata was riding was spitting fire and destroying hundreds of his soldiers who already stepped out of the palace to face the angry beast. The King held the shoulders of his scared wife and spoke, "I need you to move from here now and head straight to the Strong Room!" Just then the Chief Gaurd rushed towards them.
"I have been looking for you everywhere my lord. I need to escort you and the Queen to the Strong Room" he was panting."It's good you are here, take your Queen and keep her safe. As for me" he drew his sword, "I am going for battle. My kingdom will not be lost to me this day" The Queen tried to stop him but he wasn't going to listen to her. He broke free from her and the Chief Guard held her as she struggled firecly, kicking and calling the name of her husband.
The battle raged on. Where the real army of the land of Akozo were they had received the information of the attack in the palace of Akozo and just then the commander of the army called for urgent advance to the palace to face the enemy and the army left the camp immediately.
The King of Akozo was pleased when he sighted the army from the camp trooping into the palace. Akiza seeing this large army of enemies while he seated on his horse drew his sword. Being the leader of the army of Dodo he commanded them to match against the enemy. The commander of the army of Akozo having seen the army in the palace who hadn't engaged in the battle but had let the dragon and Samata who was riding it to do justice to the palace, commanded the army of Akozo to advance and attack. Akiza commanded the same thing and the battle ground became a river of blood.
Inside the Strong Room where the Queen Lume was hiding and the Chief Guard was standing outside the door she could hear footsteps approaching and she began to call on the Chief Guard to know those coming up the stairs but she did not get any response. She suddenly began to hear clashes of sword and screaming. Then it downed on her that the enemy had climbed up the stairs and were fighting with the Chief Guard. She did not know what else to do but wanted to ensure that if the Chief Guard lost she would atleast defend herself with a weapon of course before she would be either killed or abducted and so she picked a club on the floor of the room and got herself readied for the worst. Shortly she stopped hearing sounds and so she waited, with her heart beating faster than before. She heard footsteps approaching the door of the room where she was hiding and she blinked her eyes severally and waited. The person knocked twice on the door and she refused to say a word. She then heard a voice, a familiar voice and recognized the voice to be that of the Chief Guard yet she did not want to go close to the door for she felt the Chief Guard could be under the captivity of the enemies that had walked up the stairs.
"You can open the door now Mam. It is me" said the Chief Guard. She walked slowly and carefully towards the door and when she was there she held the door handle and began to move it slowly, with the club in her right hand, ready to hit anyone that would attack her once she opened the door but when she opened she then saw the Chief Guard standing there and holding his left shoulder with and panting. She could see that he was bleeding and she did not know what to say. He risked his life to save his.
"You have to come inside" she said.
"I can't stay your majesty in the same room. It is a taboo. I would rather remain outside" he said and groaned painfully. The Queen did not know what else to do and in her confusion she spoke, "Let us leave this particular place then and find my husband..."
"Your husband, the King commanded me to stay out of battle and ensure your safety" he groaned once more.
"To hell with whatever he commanded you. I'm leaving here to look for my husband" She stepped out and was about moving away when the Chief Guard held her back but she struggled with him. He tried to pin her back inside the room but she hit him on the same shoulder where he had already received wound and he let go of her and screamed. She ran off, headed downstairs in an attempt to locate her husband. With his shoulder still bleeding the Chief Guard went after her, to ensure her safety.
The battle outside the palace building raged on and it was clear that the army of Akozo was loosing the battle while Akiza and the army he was leading were triumphing. The dragon flew up once again and headed towards the tallest tower of the palace in order to bring it down. He continued to spit fire as he flew up and at that moment the King who was now on the ground looked up to see the destruction of his palace. He witnessed the falling of the tall tower and the bricks came crashing on the ground, killing some of his men and some of the enemies as well. At that moment he knew that he had lost the battle. He saw too that his men were now retreating back to the camp as they were dying in their hundreds and in their thousands. He then decided that it was better he looked for his wife before the whole building fell. He ran towards the palace building, cutting the enemies down. The Queen was also looking for him and the Chief Guard was looking for Queen. From the battle field the one called Akiza, step brother to Zakiza King of the land of Akozo saw when the King of Akozo ran towards the building and so he kicked his horse and galloped towards the entrance of the main building of the Palace. The King looked back and seeing he was being followed by a strange face stopped and turned. Akiza dismounted his horse and there was lightning, followed by a heavy thunder before rain started falling heavily. Akiza then spoke, "You want to fight me? You must be worthy enough to face a King in a battlefield!"
"I am more worthy, worthier than a King. My mother rides the dragon and I lead the great army of Dodo. I have achieved things Kings have not been able to achieve" It was then that it downed on Zakiza that he was speaking with his step brother, the one whose mother killed his late father, their late father. He became mad with fury, motivated by the desire to avenge the death of his father.
"Akiza!!!?" he called out.
"That's my name Zakiza. What are you gonna do about it?!!!" Akiza shouted back.
"I'm gonna kill you, you who aided your mother in the death of our father!!!" The King then moved against him and Akiza also moved against him. Both clashed and their fight began.
The Queen in a bid to find her husband was met accidentally by two men who followed Akiza and she stopped abruptly. Both men having recognised who she might be through the attire she was putting on walked towards her, both smiling wickedly while the Queen began to withdraw from them by taking steps backward. They were almost upon her when the Chief Guard who had seen them from afar ran with great speed and soon pounced on them and they faced him with their own swords. The Chief Guard being more experienced overpowered the both of them but not after he received another cut on the same shoulder. He fell to the ground and the Queen with tears in her eyes spoke to him. "Why do you want to die for me. Why not save yourself and save your wife who lives in this palace or do you not know you should be protecting her?"
"My duty is by you first then my wife. Unless I am sure you are safe I cannot leave your side. The King gave an order, an order that must be obeyed and so I must obey" He rose from the floor, blood gushing from his arm.
The Queen would know it would be so inhumane of her to leave him again or abandon him once again in that condition, the condition that had worsened. She then helped him by placing her arm across her shoulders and then helping him out of that spot. When they entered the main hall of the palace the Chief Guard whisperer that he had regained himself and could now walk by himself. The Queen let him alone and then spoke, "I must find my husband""It is too late. Did you not see it? if you did not see it I saw it; your husband is fighting with his step brother as I speak to you right now and there is no need stepping out there to die with him"
"Are you giving up on my husband your King already?" the Queen was disappointed.
"You don't need to sound like that my Queen but we both know that if the King succeeds in overpowering his step brother he isn't gonna leave that spot alive for there were many, many of the men belonging to his step brother, men that decided to abandon their King in the land of Dodo and now follow Akiza. Akiza is desperate and the sound you hear on the rooftops are the sound of fire, fire from the breath of that creature of death, that ancient evil. You don't have to die, you don't have to die with the King"
The Queen fell on her kneels and tears streamed down her eyes. She covered her face with both hands and the Chief Guard allowed her to express her feelings while he tore a piece of cloth from his armour cloth and used it to tie his shoulder from his armpit to stop the blood from coming out.
In the land of Abumu, Aromo who had left the hut where she had induced Princess Damina to sleep headed straight to the same bar where Damina had been and was nearly molested by one of the bandits that terrorised the town of Abumu. when she had gotten there she took her seat and waited for a bit. She no longer had any money with her and this made her really sad. She had never thought for a second that a day would come when it would appear that Samata would be the reason why she looses everything. That day had come and she had to accept the reality, the reality which implied she was no longer worth a dime and that she would have to start life afresh, meanwhile one thing she was not ready to do was to adapt and identify with her current condition. she was not sure she was ready to become a beggar. She waited for the waiter and suddenly someone hit his hands infront of her and she slowly raised her head up to look at his face. She didn't know the person but that was the same ugly man that
In the land of Akozo, the ruins caused by the dragon were still fresh but already Samata was seated on the throne which stood in the throne room with no roof to cover it. There she sat until she began to hear the footsteps coming towards the hall. Standing by her sides were her most trusted soldiers whereas outside the dragon was flying about. She looked up and saw that the person coming in was her son Akiza. She sighed. It still disturbed her greatly whenever she set her eyes on her son, her slave whose will was no longer his but here. "Mother" he bent with one knee before her and rose only when he heard her ask him to. While he stood before her he said, "I am sorry that I failed to capture his wife and some of the palace officials who sneaked her out of this palace""You do not need to blame yourself son. We were at war and everything happened so fast. You did exactly what I told you to do and you led the army of Dodo well. They will always remember you for this" The mother then st
Queen Lume allowed herself some rest as the officials with her went into the inner forest to hunt for some meat. The Chief Guard stood beside her and waited for her. She raised her head to look at him, "You should rest your tired head too""I'm okay my Queen. I would prefer to stand" he said and adjusted his sword."That isn't my name. I am not "My Queen" any longer. You can call me by my name, meanwhile I insist that you sit and have rest" She adjusted herself and then the Chief Guard slowly sat beside her."You are unusually quite. Your wife...""She died, her corpse laid just beside the Dodo soldier that killed her. She might her died fighting the one that killed her" The Child Guard spoke and removed his face from her glare to avoid exposing his weakness and revealing his tears. The Queen was so sympathetic towards him and she begged him to take heart. "I know how you must feel. If I were you I would have left me behind to look for my wife but you stuck with me and your loyalty s
Begging was enough, besides Aromo was not ready to hurt Princess Damina and when she stood facing her where she knelt she asked her to be on her feet which she did and she walked closer to her and asked, "You know that your father wasn't good to me right?" Damina nodded with tears in her eyes."I heard you loved sex, you stopped?" asked Aromo but the Princess didn't answer, wondering how Aromo got to know about her sexual life. Could it be that Akiza was sharing what they had together with others behind her back? "Well" continued Aromo, "I would have you here with me but already you know that the plan is not to remain here but to take what belongs to these people from the man who took it from them. Here is Abumu and these people belong here" She moved outside and the Princess followed suit. They both stood at the entrance of the tent."It will soon get dark. I know you must be famished and so you need to eat" Aromo beckoned on one of the men and asked that Damina be served. As Damina
In the land of Akozo, Akiza walked to the dragon while it curled up outside the palace building. When he came to him he saw he was feeding on a human. He knew of his mother's arrest of all the men and women that surrendered during the battle in the palace and her plan to be feeding them to her creature. As he stood there a soldier walked up to him to inform him of his mother's demand for his presence. He walked to the throne room and met her pacing angrily. She stopped and began,"A troubling news I have received and it angers me as well; the people of Dodo are no longer with me and they have killed the officials in the palace of Dodo and equally attempted to kill the Prophetess. They have turned against me but they have made the worst mistake of their lives. How could they? have they not been told of what I did with my dragon in the palace of Dodo, do they think I can not do the same to them? I will ride to Dodo at first light and I will ride not on a horse or on a chariot but on my
The entry of Samata into the land of Dodo was a scary one for the people as they began to run Helter skelter. The dragon obeyed the command given him by Samata and began to rain down fire on the roofs of the homes of the people of Dodo. The people ran out of their burning houses and while they ran through the streets the fire from the breath of the dragon swept them off their feet and they began to burn, to scream and to die. The Priest remained in his house and waited in prayer. He knew there was nothing he could do. When he heard the heavy sounds outside his house was when he stepped out. He stepped out to meet Samata standing in his compound with her dragon growling loudly in the air. When he stepped outside he knelt before her and Samata walked up to him in her Queenly regalia. "My own people turned against me!!!" she was visibly angry and her eyes were red with fury."I didn't know of this my Queen. When I got the opportunity to talk sense into your subjects it was already too l
When Aromo regained herself fully she walked to the seat kept for her in the middle of the compound of the palace of Abumu and then sat down in it. After he had sat down she looked towards Princess Damina who was made to kneel before her with her hands bound behind her back. "You should have done the right thing, you should have remained with me and followed my moves but you were overcome by your cling to the past and now the past is about to ruin your life. Did you actually want me dead, What were you thinking? if you had succeeded in killing me surely Ralf wouldn't have let you walk away" "I knew all of that when I decided to have you killed. I already decided my faith by now. You survived that sword because you have magic running in veins. Yes, I failed and I know what your judgement will be; death. Go on and sentence me but Incase you ever get the opportunity to meet with Akiza again, let him know that I love him still and will always love him" "Oh how romantic. Ofcourse I'm go
The Prophetess was back to give the Chief of the Diadoma tribe the feedback and she was smiling as she sat with him once again, ofcourse she tried her best to keep her smile so real to avoid the fat man noticing she didn't like him. The Chief was eager to hear what Lume had to say to his proposal."You see my lord, sorry my Chief, you already know just like I told you earlier that the lady you are asking to come to bed with you is a daughter of a Prophetess but then I made a promise to talk her to it and somehow she accepted but...but there is a condition attached to it""whatever the condition may be" the fat man sounded excited and this irritated the Prophetess the more and she wondered what exactly was wrong with the old man. She however didn't want to spoil the whole thing as she went further to tell him that already Lume had accepted to be with him for that night but on the condition that the Chief wasn't going to see her face as he made love to her. At this the the Chief didn't
