Aromo, as young as she was had decided to be responsible and stayed away from the boys that admired her beauty in the land of Dodo. She was the only daughter of her mother and most of the times when the mother would leave her with her younger male siblings she would spend her time teaching them morals. She was decent and had a conducive approach to things and people. It was during one of those days when the children of one of the villages of Dodo would go to the stream to fetch water that Aromo met the man whom she later married and had to kill with her own hands two moons after their marriage.

Remembering that incident always made Aromo sick. The incident which took place and time in Dodo and many years ago was always fresh in her memory.
