After Samata was done taking he bath in the night she walked up to her room at the mirror and stood before it. It appeared to her she needed a man in her life. She had not thought about it for a long time now and it appeared she had allowed herself to be carried away by her desires to put things in order and to put her son Akiza on the throne of Akozo and at the result of such busy activities she had forgotten to attend to herself and to her desires of the flesh. When Lume and the Prophetess reached a hill near the place where Abi and his men lived she and the Prophetess climbed it and there they stood. "Are you sure you want to be here?" Amanda saw what happened but she was not moved to react. She was busy instead wondering why she felt like not leaving the palace even though she couldn't tell why she was unable to leave.
