When Lume and the Prophetess reached a hill near the place where Abi and his men lived she and the Prophetess climbed it and there they stood. "Are you sure you want to be here?" Amanda saw what happened but she was not moved to react. She was busy instead wondering why she felt like not leaving the palace even though she couldn't tell why she was unable to leave. The Chief Guard who escaped from the land of Diadoma found himself in a strange place and he dismounted the horse he had escaped with. He looked about him and walked to the stream that he saw.
