I Don't Care About Hero Stuff

IMPORTANT PERSON ( Part 1 )

Me and my six companions and the other nobles were prostrating themselves before a cocoon inside the Demon King's castle. This cocoon continues to emit a red aura that makes it look very scary.

We are all prostrating in this place not without reason, we are all prostrating and waiting for the revival of the Demon leader. A majestic figure and the only one who has the right to be our leader, the Demon King Omega.

The sound of the cocoon tearing signaled the end of our wait. And there was the figure we had all been waiting for.

We all greeted the King when his body came out of the cocoon.

With a very manly voice, the King said this while looking up at the sky.

We all immediately answered this request in a very loud voice.

Everyone in this room started to grow smiles on their faces after hearing the Demon Lord's words. I feel very happy because the Omega King I know is still the same as before.

After our little reunion ended, I immediately rushed to a room in this castle. I descended the stairs, reached the third floor, and immediately entered a room that was there.

I opened the door of the room and immediately went in there, someone who was in the room immediately prostrated after knowing that I was the one who came to this place.

"Ms. Alpha! Nice to see you..."

With an even gaze, the person continued to prostrate in front of me.

"Roe! The King has risen again, that's why I have a mission for you..."

The person started to show his happy face to me after hearing that the King had risen again.

"I will gladly accept the mission."

I also smiled after hearing his statement, as expected from one of my best subordinates.

"Destroy one of the cities on the border of the Star Kingdom, and take 500 demons with you. We'll see how strong the humans are today..."

Today the Hero Party begins our first journey, this time we have a mission to take back a city that has been occupied by a group of demons. Rigel city is located quite far from the capital, so we have to travel for two weeks to reach the city.

We all went through many new places that we have never been through such as the forest of monsters and the valley of darkness. The valley of darkness is also the border between the Star kingdom and the Moon kingdom. 

We greatly accelerated this troop's speed very quickly, so that our troop only needed twelve days to reach the city of Rigel. When we got there, many houses had been destroyed and many human corpses were scattered everywhere. It really surprised and scared me.

What is this…? Is this what the demon does? And now we have to fight them...

If this is indeed what demons do, then I understand the reason why humans are so eager to exterminate them.

Now that we have divided our troops into two, the hero party along with Xorra and thousand soldiers will face off against the demons in Rigel city; while the remaining troops will guard the refugees who are now stationed in the city of Atria.

We have received reports from soldiers who have been conducting reconnaissance in this city. From the results of the reconnaissance, we learned that there are only five hundred demons led by one level demon leading them.

As soon as we got around the city of Rigel, we immediately made a camp as a resting place. The thousand soldiers here are divided into five divisions, three divisions as assault squads, one division as medical teams, and one division in logistics.

In this place, we immediately made plans with the division captains.

"Okay everyone, listen to me. The Hero Party and I will be bait for this plan, our group will distract the demons and the rest of the troops will attack as soon as our group gives the signal.”

The division captains seemed to be nodding their heads in agreement with this, but not our group.

We finally understood after Xorra explained why.

Finally our group succeeded in making a plan to liberate this city from the results of the surveillance that had been carried out. From this plan, it had been decided that the Hero party and Xorra would be the bait in this plan.

Honestly, I'm a little bit against this plan. I mean, we've never fought a demon and I wonder why we have to be the bait…?

But Xorra always reassures us, so we all agree on this. And finally, we started this plan tomorrow at dawn.

We immediately rested in our respective tents as soon as we finished making plans, and prepared to attack the next day. The next day, we immediately headed for Rigel's city sneakily and hoped that the demons wouldn't notice our arrival.

We and Xorra entered the city of Rigel, and the demons immediately arrived as soon as we entered the city. The remaining soldiers are also standing guard around the city and waiting for the signal from our group.
