6. I Call You, Strongest Being

Rotam's body fell face-first into the sky, a blow that blew away the leader of the ninja assassins. And, there was no more movement from Rotam. One punch and the opponent no longer moved.

It was like that in this world! Everyone could not believe that an attack from a Rodin family warrior who was at the level of Physical Repression, an early stage martial art, could bring down with a single physical attack a beginner-stage Earth Purifier. That seemed, well, impossible!

Silvia jumped up, formed an ice force, and blocked the soldiers who wanted to attack Moman. Silvia was able to stop the enemy's attack, she fought. Dave saw the ninja army in front of him.

The battle resumed, and the remaining warriors of the Rodin family fought desperately to defend the last place of the Rodin family.

The ninja assassins attacking Dave were so many, swords and other weapons attacked Dave from various directions, Dave was able to smash the hilt of the spear, break it, and hit several ninja assassins. Dave tried to help Regend. However, a voice called him from behind. It was the Rodin family witch who was injured, there was still a sword stuck and pierced her stomach. The sword hadn't been pulled out yet.

Dave was confused and pointed at himself, Moman was being protected by two Rodin family warriors. Preparing in case an enemy approached the head of the family's trusted wizard. She was the only one who was now part of the people closest to the deceased patriarch.

"Right!" Moman nodded, trying to hold onto his staff to stand up. However, blood came out of the wound again. He couldn't get up.

Dave approached Moman and asked him not to move, it would aggravate the wound from the sword stab. Moman nodded and didn't move anymore, he saw Dave's face deeply.

Did Dave know him? Dave tried to remember, but he didn't understand anything. He had just come into this world. He knew nothing, and now someone wanted to talk to him.

Moman was having trouble speaking because her wounds were getting worse, maybe he sensed his death was very close.

"Are you not from this world?" asked the witch Moman stammering, blood even came out of his mouth and ran down his beard.

Dave was shocked to hear the question, no one knew that he was not from this world except himself. Was the question just a hallucination?

"What are you asking Mr. Witch? Do you know anything about me?" asked Dave.

"Tell me..., did you come to the place where our young master Rey was when you descended from the sky?"

Descended from the sky? Dave was confused, but he confirmed that he came to this world and was near Rey, during the siege of the Candelro family.

"Tell me something, you know about me! You know about me. Actually, why am I here, please tell me Witch!"

Dave couldn't wait to get an answer, why he was here and what happened to Dave.

Uhuk! Uhuk! Moman coughed, he felt his whole body getting cold. Perhaps, it was time to leave.

"I'm sorry, strongest being! I..., have summoned you because of the request from the head of the family. I trained for over two years in a secret place. It was I ..., who summoned you to this world with my summon ability. If ..., you wish to return to your place. Then, complete your mission, sir! Thank you for fulfilling my summons...!"

The Witch's head bowed, and there was no more movement, no more pulse and heartbeat. The Rodin family's faithful wizard had gone to the heavens.

Dave's hands shaking, he stood up and the two guards examined Moman's body. He was really dead. Dave looked at the sky, seeing all the battles that were happening around him.

Dave was still thinking about Moman's words, he remembered how he was summoned to this world to complete a mission. And, his mission was to bring the Rodin family to the top of the Arka Land continent. He had to make Rey the strongest leader on the continent. Does this make sense to do?

"Watch out Dave!" shouted Regend as two Candelro family soldiers jumped at Dave and pointed their swords to kill Dave. Dave looked up at the sky, and the attack came.
