Chapter 29
This time around, the other occupants of the domain plane have finished building the wooden house for Elvis and a few minor houses for themselves.

Elvis was in the house, which was pretty empty apart from a table and a stool.

Charlotte reported to him that the boy was awake, so he told her to bring him in, along with the slave merchant.

"Thank you, master," Richard said, happy that despite the fact that he was still Elvis' slave, he had decided to let him go on the condition that he gather information about where his father takes slaves after they are hunted down.

"If you accomplish that, I might give you your freedom back." Elvis even got the boy hopes up; Richard was ready to betray his father.

If Elvis recalls correctly, when Richard became conscious for the first time, he saw Gravy and his team's faces, and he warned Richard to pretend he doesn't know Gravy's team if they happen to meet again in the future.
