No matter how Damian thought about it, he couldn't understand how William could move so quickly. Damian took out his necklace that had an 'R' pendant, and kissed the pendant while closing his eyes. After removing the necklace, he opened his desk drawer, taking out a frame containing a sketch of a smiling young girl.

For a moment, Damian's face looked sad, but it was quickly replaced by a sharp gaze filled with anger. He put the frame away again and closed his desk drawer. Twelve years had passed, but the loss still haunted him. It was as if he could still hear the screams of pain until the girl finally breathed her last.
