"What?' Leo's voice rang out dull in the empty void he was floating in and he heard no echoes.

"No walls? Just endless bottomless darkness" he said again to himself.

He had been falling endlessly for hours until he realized that he was not even actually falling anywhere there was just something weird in that endless void that gave one the feeling of him plummeting to his death. Once he realized this he was able to turn around to float upright.
