Battle Between The Princes of Two Clans

"T-they're vampires?" she stammered, just realizing that John was a vampire. Then he fell silent with a pale and frightened face. He hid behind Max's body.

"Stay away from me if you want to live!" Max said. Gwen nodded.

John moved quickly. He launched an improvised attack when Max was not ready to fight. "Damn! He stole the start!" thought Max. He quickly turned around and pulled Gwen's hand away from John's attack. Then Max kicked John.

Thump.

John's stomach was hit by Max's hard kick. His body bounced and crashed into a large tree in the backyard of the campus. Gwen looked shocked, this was the first time she had seen a vampire fight. "That young man, why is he so strong? Isn't he ....?" 

"I'm not a vampire, miss. So don't think anything of me," Max snapped at Gwen's inner speech. The girl was shocked by his words.

"How can he read my mind?" thought Gwen with a frown. 

Alex joined Max's attack. Max's wolf eyes quickly reacted to his brain. Then, the young man wrapped his arms around Gwen's waist. Max prepared with a sharp look at Alex, who came closer, soon Max lifted Gwen and...

"You're kicking him!" Max yelled. Gwen was a little confused, this was her first time in a fight. Then, her brain kicked in and ordered her legs to move quickly. 

Thump.

Thump.

Two successful kicks hit Alex's chest. Unfortunately, Gwen's kicks were not very strong. Alex only retreated a few steps. 

"You're so good!" Max praised. She blushed for a moment. It was the first time a man had complimented her. 

John started to come to his senses. The young man attacked again. Then Ursula did not want to be left out of this fight. She also needed Max and Gwen's blood to increase her strength. Her fangs looked terrifying, her claws ready to crush Max's stomach. 

John started to run from a distance. Ursula was already approaching from the side. Max began to raise his guard and focus on the two bloodthirsty vampires that were coming closer. 

"I demand that you do not take a single step away from me!" Max warned the girl. He was afraid that the vampires would easily capture the girl and suck her blood. Gwen nodded.

Then Max groaned, the young man clenching his fists to block John and Ursula's attacks. John's blow was countered by Max, their fists clashing violently.

But Max's fist was more powerful and made both vampires jump away. Then came Ursula, the attacks came one after the other and did not allow Max to breathe. He also had to protect Gwen from three vampires at once. 

Thump.

Max was hit in the upper abdomen by Ursula. The young man backed away until he pushed Gwen, who was behind him. The girl's body slammed into the wall, and Max's body. "Are you okay?" asked Gwen, holding Max, but the girl continued to fall.

"I'm fine, what about you?" 

"I'm okay too?" said Gwen. She was in a lot of pain when her back ribs hit the wall. 

"Thanks for holding my body!" she said. Max stood and helped Gwen to her feet. The girl looked confused, the young man beside her never letting go of her hand. "Hold my hand!"

"Uh... but?" Gwen looked confused, she had never held a boy's hand after growing up. Her heart was beating very fast.

"We have to get out of here because I can't fight all three vampires at once," Max concluded, staring sharply ahead. Alex, Ursula, and John prepared to attack Max again. "Otherwise we'll die at their hands!" he continued. He gripped Gwen's hand tightly, and the girl returned Max's hand.

The young man suddenly grabbed Gwen's waist. The girl gasped, her eyes staring for a moment. Suddenly, her face lit up without prompting.

"Damn, why does he always make my heart race?" she whispered inwardly. Then she looked down and saw Max's hand wrapped around her waist.

"Are you ready to run?" Max asked Gwen. The girl nodded shyly. Unfortunately, the three vampires attacked before Max could take Gwen away.

Thump.

Alex punched Max in the face, then...

Thud.

Ursula's follow-up punch from behind hit the back of his neck.

Then... 

Thump.

John kicked Max in the stomach. "Aargh!!!" Gwen screamed in shock. She was shocked to see three people hitting one person so hard. Max's body swayed, then fell from exhaustion and weakness.

"John, get this woman out of here. And you, Alex, quickly go with John, let me take care of this young man!" Ursula shouted. Alex and John nodded.

"Come with me!" John pulled Gwen's hand. But the woman rebelled as she continued to scream for help.

"Let go... let go of me you disgusting creature!" cursed Gwen. "Help... help me!" she cried again. Max tried to get up, but Ursula had already kicked him several times in the face. 

"Noisy!" John punched Gwen in the neck and carried her away. Alex followed John. Meanwhile, Ursula was still punching and kicking Max several times. Then, the woman stopped kicking with a gasp. She again made sure that Max was completely motionless. He was unconscious.

"That's how strong you are, werewolf!" said Ursula. Then she bared her fangs, grabbed Max by the collar, and forced him to stand, ready to bite his neck and suck his blood. 

But Max didn't fall completely unconscious. He choked her, then punched her in the stomach as hard as he could until she had the misfortune to fall. She bounced off the floor and collided with a large steel trash can. Her bones were crushed when she hit the trash can.

"Damn, it turns out she was just pretending to faint!" she muttered, then wiped the blood that dripped down her lip. Then she licked her blood. Ursula started to get up, but Max hit her back with a series of punches. The young man didn't give Ursula a chance to counter.

The woman's face was battered, her body already covered in blood. Max was content to beat Ursula to a pulp. "I have to go after those two damn vampires!" he muttered. He ran, then jumped to the top of a tall campus building.

Up above, Max smelled the lingering scent of Alex, John, and Gwen in the air. The young man's eyes turned bright yellow. Then he saw Alex and John in a place not far from the campus. "I must stop them quickly!" he concluded. Then he ran, jumping from one building to another.
