The passage of time

After Bai Feng woke up from that nightmare, the last thing he wanted to do was lay down in bed again.

All of his exhaustion and weakness immediately left his body as he got up from the bed, clutching his face with his left hand, still wondering why did he dream about such a thing.

He somewhat remembered his previous dreams, and they were all the happy-go-lucky kind.

Bai Feng had never dreamed about something so horrendous, so strange.

He still couldn't get those images away from his vision.

Shadows of what he saw remained in the corner of his eyes, haunting him somewhat.

It wasn't to the level of paranoia. But it was certainly something that the current Bai Feng felt extremely bothered by.

A light cough escaped Bai Feng's mouth as he got out of the bed. Bai Feng wasn't sure why he coughed. Did he catch a cold?

No, it was most unlikely. As a body cultivator, he shouldn't be able to catch any normal illnesses.
