Arthur's magic artifacts divide skills into four types of skills that can be downloaded. There are various other skills such as; monster skills, unique skills, etc.

[Passive Skill]

Passive Skill: An skill that can be acquired because of long practice, and will be influenced by talent. Passive Skill will not use Mana. For example: if the chef always cuts with a knife, he will gain the Passive Skill [Knife Mastery]. Note: If he is talented as a chef, don't ask him to become a blacksmith, because cooking meat and iron is different.

[Active Skill]

Active Skill: An skill that is acquired because of long practice and anyone can master it. Influenced by place and talent. Active skill will consume Mana. Example: [Magic Sense]. You go to a dark place or close your eyes. When you know the basics of light, darkness, and sound. You can use this skill.

[Common Skill]

Skills that can be used when casting spells, and spending Mana. This skill can be learned from magic books or by looking for a teacher to practice.

[Extra Skill]

Extra Skill: A combination of two or more skills from Common Skill, and skills that can be used when casting spells, and spending Mana.

Arthur saw the many skill with greed but didn't choose to d******d them right away. Currently, he has limited memory and does not have the skills to erase or overwrite skills, so d******ding should be careful.

Ring... Ring... Ring...

Arthur's phone rings.

"Hello. Arthur is here." Arthur picked up the phone and answered.

"Your Majesty, we found something strange in the lower region," Luce explained.

"Oh... What's that?" Arthur became curious and asked.

"We found five castles, on the east, there are three castles and on the west, there are two castles," Luca explained.

"Okay, I'll be there in 5 minutes." Arthur hung up his phone after answering.

"Sebas, let's go to the lower region."

"Yes, My Lord."

When Arthur and Sebas out of the room. They meet Altria and Acedes.

"Arthur, are you going?" Asked Acedes.

"Yeah, we're going to the lower region."

"Can we go with you?"

"Sure"

Then Arthur uses his Psychokinesis ability, takes them flying, and goes to the lower region. Sebas, looked at Arthur as he used his new ability, and began to think.

"What a practical skill. Arthur, will this skill be able to carry the groceries when we go shopping later?" Altria asked.

Hearing Altria's question, Arthur's face darkened.

'This ability can destroy a city, but in your eyes, it's used to carry groceries? Woman, do you want to feel hit by a meteor?' Arthur said to himself.

From the sky, Arthur could see people fishing on the shore, people going hunting, city walls, castles, and so on. But he didn't see people farming on the farmland.

Arazka was divided into 3 regions; the upper regions, the middle regions, and the lower regions.

As he passed through the upper region of the city, he saw various castles. There were 20 castles, and each had at least 10 mansions and 15 small buildings. These castles were extremely huge, having courtyards and servant quarters.

Each castle was surrounded by a 4-foot fence. If you stand next to the fence, you can see the whole castle, just by looking at it you can relieve stress.

If it were back on earth, each of these castles could be used to open a University. They were big, but not as big as his castle.

(At least there are no nobles in the city to bother me)

The City Lord's Castle was used by Arthur now, while this other castle belonged to the Baron and the duke.

Since they heard that Arazka City will no longer be under the protection of Valencia Kingdom, they all fled to the Capital.

They didn't want to serve Arthur, so they left. What a joke, serving a 17-year-old prince without power. In their eyes, he was trash, a prince with only 300 soldiers. They were all way stronger than him and had a larger number of knights under their wings. In this world strength is everything.

They knew Arthur had been exiled with his family to Arazka. Staying would only bring the wrath of the King onto them. Choosing to serve Arthur would be stabbing the king in his back.

Besides, they didn't want to lend their knights to protect Arazka City. If a war broke out between Arazka and another city, there would be no reinforcements coming to help them. With the lack of food in the territory, it was not a risk they were willing to take.

They knew that the King was Indirectly saying 'I want Prince Arthur out of Valencia Kingdom, and if anyone helps him, they would confront the consequences.'

Once Arthur and others left the upper region, they arrived at the central region. This region was where the citizens lived.

Compared to the houses in the Capital, these houses could easily be destroyed in harsh weather conditions.

From his memories, the houses in the Capital were all made from stone and wood, and making these houses was sturdy.

But the houses in Arazka were made of wood, thatch, and mud. These houses have frames made of wood, walls of houses made of woven twigs and mud, and roofs of houses made of thatch. These houses are usually called mud houses.

'It's reported that Arazka City has the highest death rate in the Valencia Kingdom. No wonder. Is this why?' He thought.

Looking at the roads, they were not as good as in the upper region. There were patches of mud on the ground and a lot of holes in the roads.

On their way to the lower regions, they saw a group of men carrying bows and arrows hoping to get some meat for their families, women carrying water, and children running around and playing.
