The two maids inside noticed the red color through the open window while the doctor was more focused on delivering the baby than paying attention to what was happening outside.
He kept on telling her to push and she does to the point using all her strength to make one final push.
There was no cry, but the woman knew that she pushed out the baby when she became worried thinking that something had gone wrong with the child.
“Is… my baby alright doctor,” she asks, looking at the doctor along with the two maids.
“Yes, the baby is alright….. Congratulations, you have given birth to a healthy boy.”
The doctor tells the woman to wrap the boy up and hand him over to her.
At the time the red moon disappeared, going back to its neutral color.
“Oh…. my lovely baby boy.” She happily takes her child into her arms as the maids beside her congratulate the woman.
The doctor was happy to deliver another healthy baby into their world, but he couldn’t help himself to find it odd that this boy did not cry when being born.
All the time this man has delivered babies in his line of work and each time a baby cries when born.
Yet this baby boy did not and there was nothing wrong with the child, still, the man could not understand this unknown feeling he was getting from the boy.
At that moment the door to the room was opened by a guard who was posted outside.
When the door was fully open the king entered inside.
The three that were inside were able to stand and bow their heads to him in respect.
He ignores them and looks at the woman lying in bed holding the baby in her arms.
The king walked his way to her to take a look at his child seeing that the baby is a boy.
“You have given me a son.” the king said.
“Yes, a beautiful and healthy boy, my lord, who looks like his father.” the woman said, smiling at the boy.
“Let me hold him.” the king asks her as she allows him to take the boy from her arms into his.
The king now focuses on his new son.
“I have to say I am surprised that you have been born under the red moon. Could it mean something good or bad for your future little one?”
The king notices the red moon appearing up in the sky right when his child is born.
When his son was born the red moon was gone, he did not know how to take this as his first two sons were never born in such a way.
The king takes a moment to look at his son and sees him breathing slowly with eyes closed.
“His name will be Loren Chandler as today he will be known as my son.”
The king tells everyone in the room to understand which makes the mother of this boy happy to hear.
After that everyone left, leaving the woman to rest along with her newborn son.

“So she has given birth to a boy.” the queen, who is the king's wife, asked.
“Yes, my queen.” one of the maids that were in the room at the time answered.
The maid works for this woman as her eyes and ears within the castle along with the other maids that serve the queen.
The Queen took a moment to look at her glass filled with wine before throwing it against a stone wall near the maid who did not move from her spot but was scared.
“How could he do this to me! First, he ignores me and then fuck another woman having a god damn son with her!.”
The queen was displeased with her husband's action, she felt like she had been disrespected by him.
“Does the man not care about how I feel about this or even care that he already has two sons?”
The queen was angry that none of the maids said a word unless they were wise to taste her anger while the woman threw something around inside her room.
After a few minutes, she calmed down, taking a seat on her bed holding a hand up open where a maid quickly moved to place a glass cup in her hand and filled it up with wine.
Taking a deep breath the queen spoke again.
“Nonetheless, I will not allow this child to get in the way of my two sons as they are the true heirs to this kingdom.”
She takes a moment to drink from her glass cup and then wants to go back to talking.
“I will find a way to make it look like this bastard child never was born into this world along with that whore.”
The queen then laughs at herself in such an evil manner which makes the maid even fear her more too.
They even pity the poor boy for whatever plan this woman has for the poor boy Loren who may not even be able to live a long life.
