13: Something went wrong

This was the first day of training with Sabogo and he had picked it to be done in the forest occupied by many enormous trees and wildlife.

Though Hart and Koran made it very early as he instructed he insisted they waited for the final student to arrive. Who knew who that was?

As time finally went on Sabogo stood up from where he sat walking up to the two students who sat on the floor in silence, his approach startled them.

"The student's almost here so get ready for training," Sabogo's words confused Hart the most. What did that mean.

"What do you mean sensei Sabogo?"

Sabogo laughed patting himself on the belly, "I will run a simple test with you all when the final student arrives and that will conclude if I actually teach you a thing or not."

[Sabogo seems to be very powerful and lazy]

'So that's your thought, I thought he was trying to just see how good we are.' Hart spoke back to the voice of the phoenix warlock.

[You are extremely gullible young lad]

"He's here," Sabogo turned his eyes back gaining the Koran's and Hart's attention to the figure walking up to them in total black.

A boy their age having long dark hair and an expression on his face with total blankness.

This should be the student that Sabogo was waiting for.

"This is Sai our final student," Sabogo explained to them as the Sai joined them with a frown.

He seemed like a strong character and him being here meant he was also S rank or stronger.

"Hi I'm Hart," Hart being the kind one wanted to have a new friend hastily but as he streched forth his hand to Sai he recieved a very tedious grimace that threw him aback.

"Sai is not really that much of a friendly one, he's lost a lot so bare with all his rudeness for now students," Sabogo explained to them.

Koran understood and smiled in return, "sure will, sensei Sabogo."

"If he won't be nice to me then I won't to him, I don't like him at all, he's giving me such a stupid look!" Hart menaced getting a smile blooming on Sai's face.

"I don't associate with the weak, so shut up and let Sabogo carry on." Sai muttered hurting Hart's calmness.

"How dare you insult Sabogo not to even call him sensei..." As he wanted to continue his ranting he felt Koran's hand restrain his urging him to calm down.

[Listen to your friend idiot]

'Why, I am gonna break this fool to pieces!' Hart screamed within him.

[Just because you are ss Rank doesn't mean you can beat this guy Hart, look very closely at his eyes]

Hart managed to calm himself up to see what he was instructed and noticed the weird formation of Sai's iris.

'It's pretty weird, is something wrong with it? It looks like stars or something?'

[That boy is apart of the fallen tribe, he can just as easily defeat you if he wanted, we that was if he considered you as worth his time. For now I advice you don't do anything irrational and avoid him to your best]

Hart was finally calm. He took the advice and turned away from Sai.

"Chicken," Sai said to instigate him however Hart controlled himself not to retaliate.

"So now that we are all together I will start with the first lesson, so listen attentively," Sabogo dug his hands into his pockets and withdrawed two white pills from it.

"A lure," Koran muttered with a restrained tone as he saw the pill in Sabogo's hands.

"Yes it's a lure to monsters, if I shatter this then a horde of monsters nearby will come to kill whoever is around, unfortunately I won't be around at that time so I will need you guys to clean them all up before tomorrow."

'So this is Sabogo's plan. Just like the lure that killed me but different, he wants us to battle and kill every monster that come our way for an entire day or so, should I be worried?'

Hart pondered his options very quietly. 'I can't maintain my powers for that long, that means I will have to use mostly extracted skills to survive.'

"So, I will be looking foward to seeing you all by morning!" With that Sabogo shattered the two pills in his hands.

'The Battle is about to begin.'

"What's this...?" Sabogo turned his gave away from the students and to the Forest as he felt a presence he shouldn't have felt.

"What's wrong sensei?" Koran was the first to ask but the others did not as they knew what he sensed.

A bizzare energy was in the air. Not monsters but something else.

"You know how dangerous night terror beast can be at times?" Sabogo asked them placing his hands into his pocket with a certain calmness.

Hart could not decipher what he meant but the others could. His lack of experience was really a killer.

"I would tell you all to run but there is no hope in it, you would simply die, so I will tell you this," Hart and Koran gulped to Sabogo's words upto now, how he spoke did not seem like training anymore, it was life and death. "Stay together and fight without hesitation..."

"What grade is the might terror heading our way?" Sai interupted with a cool accent that made Hart loathe him even more.

"Grade ten, and there are four of them headed here."

Hart held his chest and Koran's breathing held itself.

Common a grade four gave them so much problem and now they would be battling one six levels higher.

"It's highly unusual but it seems we are being targeted," Sabogo's explained further.

"If we are being targeted that might also mean others are being targeted too, because night terrors hunt alone," Koran added and got a nod of approval from Sabogo.

'I am not worried about myself but this kids I have beside me are the problem.' Sabogo growled.

This wasn't what he planned to be the lesson but with this large scaled monsters coming their way no other monster would.

"Sabogo, there's a larger Aura out there," Hart spoke after sensing it.

His suggestion surprised the entire group including Sai who could not sense that far but as Sabogo took his time to confirm he nodded in reply.

"It's probably the commander of this force. He's human but also strong," after all the analytics Sabogo finally turned to his team to give them a final word.

"The first step of training is the final hit, when you're fighting store your energy deep within your heart and keep on building it until you feel like your heart is about to burst then you release the full force of that attack on your enemy. Even though you are weaker than that enemy it would assure you an attack twice stronger than your fullest potential," the lesson was very fast and hard to understand especially to Hart who was a fool in this aspect.

'I don't get it at all.'

[What a tutor he turned out to be. I like his method to teach you how to make the final attack. However surviving till that right moment is your issue to deal with. This is where you will see there are a lot of flaws in you Hart, just be careful]

'Careful... I'll try.'
