Diana's Concerns

Bill's condition is improving day by day. He didn't need a breathing apparatus and now only needed to recover his strength and the gunshot wound on his back.

Jonathan and Diana came often, and they even took turns taking care of him without being asked. Bill didn't know that the Rainer family-especially Diana and Jonathan-had such good coordination. Bill also knew that their relationship was awkward. However, now they seemed to be talking to each other more often.

"What's been going on while I've been unconscious?" asked Bill, who tended to show himself.

"Who are you talking to, Bill?" It was Jonathan who had just come out of the toilet. The man had become more attentive to Bill, which was natural compared to what Julie and Diana were doing.

Bill shook his head, but seconds later he asked, "What happened?"

Jonathan's forehead wrinkled faintly. He stepped closer to Bill, wiping his hands with a handkerchief. He took the chair next to Bill's bed. "What do you mean?"

"I mean you guys."
