Ginna's House

Ginna and Bill sat on a bench in the backyard of Ginna's parents' house. They had just eaten lunch together after Ginna's mother had cooked many special dishes. The middle-aged woman was very happy because it was the first time Ginna's friends from the city had come to their house in the village. Ginna's mother was so happy that she even cut up a very large turkey. Part of the turkey meat was roasted with special spices, while the other part was cooked in a soup with spices.

Ginna's parents hosted Bill and treated him very warmly. In Bill's entire life, this was the first time he had enjoyed lunch with such affection as if he was in the midst of his own family. That's what it's like to have parents, Bill thought as he enjoyed lunch.

"Your parents' house is very cozy. No wonder you feel at home here and don't think about going back to the office," Bill said as he looked around.
