Joana had explained in detail what Bill had done for Zigga Company, as well as for Ginna's acquittal from the charge of selling game skeletons to foreigners. Bill had done everything possible and Joana knew it. However, it seemed that Ginna still couldn't get rid of her feelings of disappointment and discomfort towards Bill. It seemed like it would take some time to get things back on track, including the friendship between Bill and Ginna.

"Sorry, Bill, I still can't convince Ginna. You must have felt very uncomfortable with her behavior earlier," Joana told Bill when they returned to the office.
