For over a week, Ferdy had not been able to prove his innocence. There was no other choice but to give in, admitting that he was indeed what Daren was accused of.

"Young Master, I give up. Until this moment, I have not been able to prove my innocence. So instead of this case making the atmosphere in the company more tense, and continuing to talk about my guilt making me feel uncomfortable. Then it's better, Mr. Daren arrest me, punish me for something I've never done," Ferdy said.

Daren sat in the chair, looking at Ferdy with a sharp gaze and assessing his every move.

Ferdy bowed his head, feeling so humiliated, as if he didn't have the courage to look into Daren's piercing eyes.

"So, Ferdy, you claim you can't prove your innocence?" asked Daren in a cold, pressing voice.

"You really don't know anything about the embezzlement going on in this company?"

Ferdy raised his face, trying to look at Daren honestly.

"Mr. Daren, I really don't know about this embezzlement. I have worked in thi
