Jesse Harp stood alone in the garden, her expression dark. Her brows twitched with irritation and frustration.

"F*ck William!" she hissed.

She clutched the handle of her luxury bag tightly, her long nails pricking her skin.

"Even the pushover is threatening me now?" she muttered, staring at the end of the garden path.

She bit her lower lip, knowing she trusted Gregory William’s words more than those of her husband, Gerald William.

"This f*cking marriage is just a business. Is it really benefiting me?" she pondered, trying to assess the gains and losses from her ten-year marriage with Gerald.

After a few deep breaths to calm her nerves, she walked out of the garden.

"Why did you follow me here?" Gerald asked irritably, smoking by the window of his office at William Electronics headquarters.

"Don't f*ck with me," she snapped. "You keep disregarding me in front of others, which makes them look down on me! I'm not like your in-laws who want to be plain housewives!" She turned her back on
